Along the direction that connects Lucca to Pontedera, located in the area of Compitese, Colle di Compito is a little village surrounded by charming Tuscan countryside well known for its peace and tranquillity, and in this beautiful landscape you will discover our holiday home.
La Quarra is a rural stone house where we give hospitality to people who wish to spend their holiday not too far away from the seaside, the mountains and interesting cultural cities, but nevertheless want to be lost in the silence of nature.
Our warm and welcoming Country House has been faithfully restored in typical Tuscan style. La Quarra is surrounded by a wide fenced garden characterized by typical olive trees where you can find a well equipped swimming pool, an area reserved for children, and a wood-burning oven with tables for barbeques.
From the house you can admire the splendid landscape set amongst wooded hills and olive groves, together with a lovely view of the little village of Castelvecchio Alto. Within a few minutes,walking distance you can reach the centre of Colle di Compito to have a coffee or do some shopping.
